The Scheme is located in Zone-2 on Main Fateh Jang Road in sector F-17 comprising an area of 1757.65 Kanals. It is about 2.5 kilometers from GT road in north and Motor way(Tarnol Inter Change) in south at rather closer distance. The New Islamabad International Airport (under construction) is only 5 kilometer from the gate.
The scheme is adjacent to the proposed main Blue Areas's alignment and has its own commercial centre, clinic, primary and high schools, parks, mosques and other civic facilities like post office etc, This is the first ever sector of CDA where boundary wall is beign constructed to enhance the security.
CDA has also approved engineering design of the project vide letter. CDA/PLW/UP-HS(90)/MPCHS/VOL.III/2003/491, dated 30-01-2008 for 2750 kanals has been issued. The final NOC of the scheme has also been issued by CDA.
